Stripped window crank

We have a stripped window crank on an aluminum or satin nickel finished operator, which attaches to a wood window frame. It appears to me that the spine is perhaps a little less than 3/8 of an inch. There are no identifying markings on the crank nor on the operator, the item is approximately five years old, and put in a multi unit condo in Brooklyn, New York. Can you help me find a replacement, hopefully for the crank itself, in the same or similar finish. Thanks

I'm afraid this handle isn't sold by itself. This kind of part is typically only sold in a kit along with the snap-on cover, since the handle nests into it.
We may have a good match, but before I recommend anything I'd like you to pop off the original cover and show me the operator underneath. I need to ensure that any part I recommend will be compatible with the operator style you currently have on your window.

I took the trim light off and took some pictures from the outside as well. Thank you.

Thank you! That's precisely what I needed to see. This base is a little different from what we're used to, so please give us a little more time to research this. I hope to have an answer for you ASAP!
