Stripped window cranks

We may be able to help, but I need to see the entire operator, including the link arm(s), from a bird's eye perspective. I'll do my best to narrow down what you need from there. 

We don't have an exact match for this old operator, but our 39-001 and 39-002 come close. Look these two parts over and let me know if you agree.
