Stripping where bottom of windows need to glide

Just moved in but stripping or runners appear broken making very difficult to open.

It sounds like you might need a new horizontal sliding window track. The problem is, I don't think we have this exact track. Our 55-028 is similar but I'm not sure if this will work in the same capacity. Look it over and let me know what you think.
