Stronger series 165 balance springs.

Hello, we recently purchased some 165 series coil springs from you. It seems we need slightly heavier as the window we are repairing with t quite stay up with 4x 7lb springs. I can't seem to find #8 or #9 springs, are they available or can you get them? Thanks in advance.

We appreciate your patience during this busy season. We don't believe the Series 165 springs are available in a stronger weight option but we're going to looking into that for you to confirm.

In the meantime, can you confirm the width of your original spring band?

Hello!

I just wanted to pop in and give you an update. There isn't a 9-pound version for the Series 165 but we are bringing in an 8-pound version to add to our inventory. We will reach back out as soon as that part is available.
