Stronger version of 81-140

My Mom has a very very heavy oversized sliding glass door. The part above will fit, however, it will only last for about 4 - 6 months and then it breaks. I am sure that it is because of the weight.

Do you know if there is a solid metal assembly that can handle the weight of this massive door ?

I am certain that the original rollers were metal and they lasted many years.

Can you please help ? I would rather not order 35 of them and replace them every so often until the house is sold.

Thanks for posting, Bruce. Unfortunately, the 81-140 is an older style door roller which is not used anymore. This is the only replacement model still being made to fit your particular patio door. I am sorry we cannot offer something stronger.
