Struggling to open/close window

A quick learner from Anchorage,Ak says:
Hello, I am struggling to open/close this window. I believe it's too rusted or possibly damaged component. Please let me know if you have a replacement part of if it's even possible to replace. It looks like it's the encore dual arm product code 39-253LB.

Hello,

I agree that it looks like you need one of our Encore operators but you'll need to review the video below to make sure that you choose the operator with the correct attachment at the end of the straight arm. Thanks for posting!
