Stuck

Question

I can't get it to lock. It's been gradually getting worse. Now it won't lock at all. Anything I can do to get it to work again or do I need to replace it. It's not even 2 years old.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the mortise lock shown in your photo. I also can't determine why it might be failing but if there is no obvious damage, there is a good chance that it would need to be replaced.

If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the door manufacturer directly to see if they could point you in the right direction. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
