Hello, We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your coil balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. There should be numbers stamped on the coils or coil housing that indicate the strength options needed for the replacements. If not, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the window sash for us to determine the necessary strength options. Since the coil is broken, you should be able to remove the sash and raise the shoe and coils to the cutout in the jamb if your window has one.
