Stuck rollers
Hello,
We can't be sure with the roller still installed, but if you have a Pella door, the 81-244 is a strong possibility. The specifications below will be the determining factor.
We do not have instructions on replacing this type of rollers, but I'm going to confer with one of our senior experts to see if they can provide some insight on how they would be replaced. We'll follow up as soon as more information is available. Thank you!
These door rollers are pressure-fitted into the bottom cutout in the door frame. I see you already removed the door and exposed the bottom rail, showing the rollers. I agree with Casey that you will most likely need the 81-244 as a replacement. Before you remove the original rollers, make sure to measure the depth of the old wheel and adjust the new roller to match that measurement. This will make the adjustment process easier for you.
With a flat putty knife or screwdriver, work the roller assembly out by placing the tool under the lip of the roller assembly. Then, install the new wheel with the adjusting screw facing the end of the door. Lightly tap the roller into the door cutout. Repeat the process on the other roller and reinstall your door. Hopefully, it will roll and align to the master frame so you won't have to adjust it. If you do, I like to raise the door with a flat bar to take the weight off the wheel while turning the adjusting screw in the wheel assembly.
