Need stud bracket to make one my windows fully functional at my apartment complex that I supervise

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that you are in need of a new hinge assembly. Please start by reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
