Substitute for Corner Locking Pivot Shoe, 15-210?

A quick learner from NJ says:

The Corner Locking Pivot Shoe was the recommended replacement for my tilt window. After doing a cut out, I was able to correctly install the shoe and attach it to the channel. It worked great. On the other side of the window, this shoe would not fit even with a wider cut out area. I wedged it in, but then it would not slide freely.

It seems the black locking piece is the problem - it sticks against the side.

Is there a substitute I can use that doesn't have that black piece?

thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 15-231 is the same part as the 15-210 but with a white break pad, which is thinner than the black one. Since that's the issue, I would say the 15-231 ought to fix it. Look over the specifications and see what you think.
