Sugarcreek 397 door latch sticks

I have a Sugar Creek 397 full view front storm door the latch sticks half the time I will pull down on the front latch and it won't open I have to pull up so maybe I need a new latch? Photos attached thank you

We don't have an exact match for this lockset, but check out our 40-130. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this could work for you.
