Sugarcreek Storm Door Handle

I have a Sugarcreek Industries storm door, Item #391, installed in 2005, which needs a new handle. Sugarcreek Industries appears to be out of business, and SWISCO came up on an internet search. Is it possible to get this replacement part from you?

Your handle set looks very similar to our 40-058. Look this over and see if this would work for your storm door.
