Suggest the correct pivot shoe

See Attachment to show you the problem that I am having trying to repair my windows. Can you provide me with a correct Pivot Shoe 5/8" Part with no bump (hang down piece)? Or can this bump be shaved off to facilitate my windows? If you are going to answer for me to shave this bump off, what tool would you suggest so I don't break (shatter) the replacement part? Please advise. Thank you for your time and consideration!

Thanks for posting. Your old pivot shoe isn't made anymore, but many customers have been able to use our 15-070 as a replacement. We believe this is the best option available today.
