2 each Patio Glass Door Double Wheel Roller Assembly medal rollers. Please identify correct purchase. 4 photos attached. Not precision measurements, rounded.

Additionally, I will require a 6' Sliding Door Track Cover, small 6' #80-102.

Thanks for posting! Please see our 81-018 roller, this looks like a good replacement option for your hardware. I note that yours also has a metal plate on top, but we will not be able to replace this. You'll have to reuse it if possible.

Hi. I'm replacing the same roller as OP, and trying to use the same roller that you recommend. The metal piece that you mention seems to be inconsequential. However, there is that the replacement you recommend has flanges that are flush with the housing of the roller whereas the original unit has flanges that extend nearly 1/4 inch. This difference results in the wheels protruding from the device - and door once attached. For me, this is enough to prevent instillation of the door.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out to us. I am very familiar with the roller you've described and you are quite right: our 81-018 cannot replace it. The bad news is that we don't sell any roller that can, and as far as I am aware your older style hasn't been made in a number of years. At the very least, I've never been able to track it down or find an alternative.

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news. This is not a project that we'll be able to help with. If there is a company that might sell this older roller with the lowered flanges, I do not know who they may be.
