Hello, Linda. I'm sorry to say that I'm not familiar with this window or what hardware it might use. We may be able to assist you but I will need a clear photo of the hinge itself with as little obstruction as you can manage. Please let me know if that would be possible.

It is October 2024 and I have the same issue with my window for the last couple years I need the replacement hardware for the crank thing

I'm happy to look into this for you. Your photo hear shows the operator's arms, but not its base. Is that something you can show me? I can then check our inventory for a possible replacement.
