I have a 26-year vintage wood Sun Bay window by Marvin. The handle broke off recently. I was told by manufacturer's rep that they used Truth Hardware's awning operator but they don't have the parts I need. The Dual Pull Lever Operator 10.11 is the closest I can find. My existing operator probably is C Plate rather than F Plate. Because the awning operator was used vertically, I need both regular and Opposite Handing. And color is white. Do you have the parts I need or will you be able to order them for me?
I also need to know how to remove the existing operator. I don't see any screws that I can use to remove the operator.
