Sun Exposure Has Cracked My Plastic Door Strip

Home Owner from Green Bay, WI
I have a 6-foot patio door with a sliding screen. I have looked all over but do not see any brand name on the door. The attached pictures show that the weather stripping on the screen door is fuzzy and secured in a groove with a plastic strip. The door is 10 years old and gets lots of sun so the plastic strip has cracked and broken.
Can you help me with a replacement strip? I am sure you probably need more information. What do you need to know?

Do you need the fuzzy "wool pile" as well as the plastic weatherstrip? Whatever you need, just remove it from the door and show us the end profile, which is the angle shown below. Once we see that angle, we can try to find a replacement.
