My window will no longer stay open so I believe the pivot lock is broken. I have Sun Windows wood.

I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize this shoe. It doesn't look like a part we sell, but the only way to be sure is to see it removed from the window. Too many important details are obscured by the frame. Would that be possible?
