This is a sliding glass-door handle for a Sunview (bought by Novatech in 2021) that I want to replace. Do you carry this or something similar?

We'd be happy to help with this. Would it be possible for us to see a photo of the interior handle? Can you also confirm the installation hole center spacing, measured from center to center?
