Superior Window balancers

Question

My Superior Window need to replace 2 balancers and I couldn't locate the correct parts. I took the balancer out to measure the Top is 19-002, the
shoes I'm not sure it is 15-001 or 15-002 because it measures 1 1/16" width,
the length is 24" metal only, the sash weighs 20 lbs. Please help is it S351
or S390

If the depth of your shoe is 1-1/16", you likely have the 15-001. It probably just wore down a little over time.
