Superseal balance shoe - zz00085251

Hi,
Can you please let me know if you have a replacement for a SuperSeal balance shoe zz00085251? It looks like the company does not make these anymore!

My part is really in pieces so I am not able to measure it too well, but it looks like it is 1 6/16' in hight, 1/2" thick and 2 1/4 with.

I can't thank you enough for following up on this one. I really appreciate your help! I have ordered a few 15-216 and I am looking forward to trying them and see if they are a good replacement. I just wanted to follow up with you about the balance shoe you recommended. It works perfectly! We just installed 2 of them and the window is now working again. Thanks again for your help.
