Support Arm with incorporated plastic guide

A home owner from Venice. FL says:

These are used on each side of our metal crank out awning style windows. 6 windows. 2 support arms per window. Most of the plastic/nylon guides are cracked or portions missing. The plastic guides are fabricated to be part of the bracket and not designed to be removable.
