Support for upper drawer support bar

One of these plastic support brackets is missing and I'm trying to replace it. The bar that it fits is about 3/8" wide and 1 1/8" tall. Tried searching all over but this doesn't seem to be a common drawer type. Would love any tips!

We've done some digging and, unfortunately, it doesn't look like we can supply a replacement for the drawer support in your photos. I apologize for the inconvenience but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
