Surface Mounted Latches For Tilt Windows

My home was built in 1998 and these construction grade windows and latches have no markings to identify the manufacturer. The tilt latches are failing and I have a need for right and left latches. I've included pictures of the latch, latch measurements to the best of my ability (I believe the flush mount measurement is 2 3/8" x 5/8). There are no screw holes and the underside shows a rounded piece, which is on the oposite side of the latch. I've included a picture of the underside of the broken latch to show inside measurements if that is helpful. Apologies for the right and left pictures, but the latch is essentially the same, but please let me know if additional picutres are needed.
