Looking for new surfance handle for a 1970's sliding door

I'm looking to replace my sliding door handle. Please review my photo attached and recommend one to fit my circa 1970 aluminum sliding door. I was looking at the surface mount options, but being as I"m a beginner, your expertise is most welcomed.

Thanks for posting, Angela. Have you seen our 82-033 patio glass door handle set? Do you think that might work for you? The distance between the installation hole centers is 3-15/16". Does that match your hardware?
