Surface mount with a mortise

mounting screws are 4-15/16" apart. Let me know if you need anything else.
This is my summer place and I will be going back up there this weekend if you need any info. I did look for any markings or numbers and did not see any.

Thanks for posting. Based on your photos, I would recommend our 82-032 handle set, 82-218 mortise lock, and 82-310 key lock. Look them over and see what you think. I'm less sure about the keeper, but start by looking at our 89-017.
