Question

Will need varying quantities of left and right mount.

Dimensions 3-1/8 wide, 1-5/16 deep, 5/16 high.
Space between hole centers exactly 2-1/16.

Thanks for posting. We don't have any surface mounted tilt latches with a hole spacing of 2-1/16", but take a look at our 26-228 and 26-229 Tilt Latches. The style is extremely similar to your old latches. Double-check your dimensions and let me know if you think these might work for you.
