Surface mounted tilt window latches

Hello,
I couldn't find any exact replacements on the website.
3" long x 1 1/8" wide x 5/16" thick, 2" center to center screw spacing.
New construction windows from 1998. Home is in Barnegat, NJ
Any recommendations?
