The one needed is marked 7R. would need spares for right and left sides

Thank you for reaching out to us! Our 15-087 pivot shoe which uses the Series 180 coil springs would be my pick. Based on the 7 stamp, you will need the S180-7 7-pound coil spring. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
