Paul from SWISCO responded:
You have a combination 15-086 top tandem coil spring nylon housing with a S180-5 coil spring. The lower broken nylon housing has the 15-087 pivot cam. You will need to remove the complete coil system to identify if the coil spring is broken, and what the spring number is, if you need to replace the springs. That spring number will be printed into the metal. It represents how many pounds the coil can counter-balance. See if the window manufacturer made a cut-out at the top of the jamb channel to allow the coil balance to slip out. If not, check out this guide!
