I have been searching to find the actual manufacturer to see if still in business and have not found anyone. I reached out to Alliance Window and they recommended I look on Blaine Window and your website to find these parts. I have attached the tag on the window jamb to show the make/model. My mother bought these windows over 20 years ago and just looking to replace the hardware on them, since most are just breaking/crumbling apart due to age and use of the windows.
I found this on Blaine Window part website for the sweep latch which the measurements are exact except for one item that is supposed to be 5/16 and the one installed is 4/16 (1/4) but definitely could get that 5/16 installed since there is definitely enough space to make it work.
The other piece(s) I'm looking for, I am not quite sure what these are called, but they release the window to pull down for cleaning, since these are double hung windows.

Could you tell us the dimensions of your current sweep lock, especially the installation hole-to-hole center spacing?
The piece in your last picture is called a tilt latch, we'll need to see an undamaged version removed from your window to compare to our inventory. We'll need to know the installation hole-to-hole center spacing as well.
