Sweep Lock

A quick learner from Florida says:

My windows are single hung tilt. The sweep locks have a flat metal tab that is rusted and difficult to operate. These tabs had plastic covers which have disintegrated. Is this model still available? If not, can it be replaced with a different model sweep lock? Thank you.

Take a look at our 26-431P. This looks awfully similar, but compare and see if you agree.
