Sweep for Cole Sewell Storm Door

Question

Have a 32 inch Cole Sewell door, and the door shoe is wearing out, specifically the T-shaped rubber sweep at the bottom.  That is a 1/2 inch sweep, but is there a replacement shoe or sweep that is longer, about 3/4 inch?

What kind of sweep are you currently using now? Let's see a photo of the part, preferably from an end view. Cole Sewell is no longer in business so there's a good chance we can't get the exact sweep, but we will do our best to find something similar.
