Sweep for Pella Entry door

Hi
I have attached a photo and sketch of the door sweep for a Pella entry door (wood, with full glass, hinged,in swing). It seems to be vinyl. There are two sweeps on this door - one near inside and one near outside. The sweep I need is at the outside bottom of the door. I hope you can identify this or a suitable replacement.

Hello!

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell the sweep you're looking for. The 58-176 and 58-186 are the best options in our inventory, however. They wrap around the bottom of the door and install on one side with screws though I know that may not be ideal. Look them over and see what you think.
