Sweep lock with cam for Silver Line Residential window. Try 12-2241-WHT

Quick Learner from SW Ohio
Just going to assume you can get these photos. If not, let me know and I will try another avenue. Built our house May of 2014. These windows were installed in the new build. Silver Line double hung - tilt out for washing with plastic closers on the top. They sometimes last for four or five uses before they break. I bought some from Swisco two or three years ago. Talked with a fellow from your company in November. He wanted exact specifications: 2-1/16 center to center between the two holes on the top. The distance from flat side of large piece back to the two holes that secure the piece onto the window: 11/16 th. The two on the small piece that goes on the window to the back are 2-1/16 th apart, too.

The lady from Silver Line was all set to to send an armload for just shipping when I asked her to check to see if they were pot metal or something and she said no -plastic. The only metal ones are from SWISCO. Please help.

Thanks for contacting us. I believe you could make our 90-278 lock and keeper adapt your Silverline Window. Take a look and let us know what you think.
