Sweep lock works right but not left

Question

I purchased the 90-021 and it worked fine on my slide window on the
right side of my picture window, however it does not seem to work for
the left window, is there a right and left model for the 90-021? The unit I have will work easy on the right side slider window but it does not match up to this one on the left side of my picture window.

I'm afraid the 90-021 doesn't come in left or right hand versions. It should still work, though, the latches would just all face the same direction. What prevented it from installing?
