Swing out window hardware

Question

The operator works but the straight piece that attaches to it is rusted away
the top hinge does not stay close to the window frame but slides over as the window opens
lots of rusty parts so I need all the bits

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Looks like you need a new hinge. We don't sell this exact style, but you can use our 36-048 as long as two criteria are met: the base track needs to be 10", and you need to replace the top and bottom at the same time.

If your base track is any other length, let me know and I can try to find you something better. We carry a few different sizes.
