Swing window guide broken

Question

Hi! Need help finding a replacement piece for the small white plastic guide at the corner of my hinged window that keeps the window locked and on track. Half of it broke off, leaving half in the window sill. Cannot identify the window brand. Included are photos of the piece on the right hand side that is intact!Here's the dimensions:
3” long × 10 mm wide.
Broken top corner sash guide/end cap.
The guide snaps into the top rail of the bottom sash.
It keeps the sash from coming out of the side track.
