Swinging Door Astragal

i have exactly the same situation excwpt that my doors swing out and the astragal is on the inside of the non-active door. However the is no slot for a kerf on the weatherstripping that attaches to the astragal. I would prefer and adhesive type over something that had to be nailed over 80 inches.
