Swisco "Key Lock Set" work with different brands of "Handle Sets"

Question

Would I have to purchase Swisco "Handle set" to upgrade w/ Swisco Lock Set, or are point-of- sale sliding glass dr "Handle Sets" pre-stamped to accommodate.

I'm not sure that I understand your question. Most handle sets are generic, but that doesn't mean that the 82-315 is compatible with all of them. I think it would be easier if you show me a picture of the handle set you have now. I can then tell you whether or not the 82-315 will be compatible. That way we don't have to guess.
