I need a Swisco mortise lock? round face?3/16th Code# 82-218

I also need slider slicker track lubricant..code#75-077

Based on the photos are these the correct parts for my door?

Your handle set resembles the 82-086. This handle set is compatible with multiple mortise lock styles. Are you able to show us your original lock? From there we can further review to see if you need the 82-218 style. Thank you!

I'm afraid I can't send you a picture of the lock because it fell down into the door when we took the handles off?yikes
Does my husband need to disassemble the whole door to get to it? Or to put a new handle/lock on the door??

If the original fell into the door, it is possible you had the 82-218 style as this happens often. Can you show me the cutout in the door frame and confirm the distance between the installation holes from center to center? Thank you!

From center hole to center hole is 3 5/8"
The slot is 3"-3 1/16"
Slot is 1/2" wide

The 82-218 would be our best option, but please double check the dimensions as this lock has a 3-11/16" spacing form center to center. Review the installation video below for more details. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
