Question

I do not see this available on your site. I need this part. Please tell me how to find this replacement part. I will need a pair of these. Plus maybe an pair one to have on hand.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we have a replacement balance we can supply you with but I'll need to see a photo of both the top and bottom attachments of the balance to identify the correct replacement.

It may also be a good idea to remove from the the window channel because you will need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.
