Question

Is this item Truth operator #11.14. If not, critical information is needed for the under sill dimensions. From, and above the frame mounting surface ,the clearance restriction to the sill cover is 3/4". This is the existing mounting conditions and is a PDF drawing on Truth's website.
If your opener is not Truth #11.14 I need to know that in the closed position the arms will operate in the 3/4" height restriction

Thanks for contacting us. Can you please send us some photos of your operator, preferably uninstalled. We also need the length of the arms and the distance between mounting holes.
