Roto operator and support hardware

Question

I do, or do not, need all of these parts, but there is one piece that I need.
Here is a picture of the assembly in another of the windows we have.
A Swisco rep showed me some of your hinges including the 39-004 and the -048, and I was so excited that you found parts that looked like what we needed.
I assumed were the right sizes. I have since looked more closely at the measurements and the parts you found are all too big. I'm sending you diagrams of the parts with the measurements that we need. I hope these are available.

Hello,

It looks like you have Roto-style hinges, which we often recommend the 36-048 to replace. I see no reason why these wouldn't work as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

The second part resembles the Roto 39-553 and 39-554 sash brackets. These are used to attach the operator arms to the sash. If you could show us the rest of the operator, including the base, we can go from there. Thank you!
