Swivel Balance

Question

The swivel balance I need to replace is not an exact match for the swivel balances you have listed on your site. I need help verifying the correct replacement swivel balance. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. It looks like the outer tube is 5/8" in diameter (or at least, greater than 1/2") and 23" long. If so, this looks like a S600-23 Spiral Balance for tilt windows. For a tip option, use red. Let me know if you have further questions.
