Swivel arm for your part # 39-092

Question

I'm looking for the arm in the picture. It will (or should fit) on your part
# 39-092. It's 5 3/8" long and the small square swivel piece on the end which measure 5/8 X 5/8 has a piece cracked off of it and no longer stays in the track on the underside of the casement window. I bought your part 39-092 hoping it would come with this piece but it didn't. Help!!

Hello,

I agree that the operator shown in your photos is an old-style Roto assembly. The bad news is that Roto stopped making these and the only product currently available is the base itself; the 39-091 and 39-092.

We also offer the 39-224 folding and 39-230 standard handles for these assemblies but, unfortunately, the link arm that connects to the sash is obsolete and there is no known alternative. We've tried many products from our inventory and have not once been successful. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
