T Head Pivot Bar

Question

I have a house full of windows that won't stay open because of this part. I see many similar on your site, but none have the "oval" screw holes. There is a "4" on the part. The bar measures approx. 2-5/16" long and about 1-1/2" from the top to the center of the first oval and 11/16" from the center of the first oval to center of the 2nd oval.
Can please tell me if you have anything similar
