T-LOCK BALANCE SHOE

A home owner from Lake Dallas, TX says:
Hi, Could you please help me to identify replacement part for T-lock Balance Shoe on attached pictures? These are from balancers from Vinyl windows, I think manufactured round 2007. Pictures of channel balance bar are also attached.

I think replacement hoe is one of listed below, but I can not tell the difference between them :)
1) 15-229 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam
2) 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Open Cam
3) 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam

BTW, what is the difference between closed and open cam?

Thanks,
Tom

Tom from SWISCO responded:

It looks to me like you have the 15-229. This is the same as the 15-195, but it has a black "puck," which is a little thicker.

You definitely don't have the 15-195B with the open cam. It literally has a hole straight through the cam. If you held it up to your eye, you could look right through it. Your cam is obviously solid in the back so we can rule that out.
