This is attached to a 1/2X1/2 channel balance. The channel measures 13.3/8.
The markings on the balance are 14B DG5 CMC 51

We don't carry this exact type of balance, but we instead carry the S795-14 Channel Balance. For this you could select a stamp option of 14B. A key difference with our balance is that the top is screwed on rather than using a clip like yours. Is the hole the clip attaches to square-shaped? If so, you can use the 26-200 screw plug and 33-090 screw to attach the balance to the window jamb. Let me know if you have further questions.
